This is a beautiful nature curriculum.
My only concern is that here in Alberta our temperatures get much lower than-20. The thermometer is going to be kind of useless to us for a large part of our winter unfortunately.

I haven't taught this yet, but purchased it in preparation for Christmas after I got the Easter curriculum . After browsing through it, I can't wait to teach it. I love that it's multidisciplinary and also faith based.
I am thrilled to have found this sweet curriculum. It will allow our family to connect through learning more about the truth of Easter by allowing our hearts and minds to focus on Him.
My four children were so engaged! They are ages 4-11 so it was a great to have an open and go devotional that everyone loved.
Great curriculum. My only wish would be for some more simple copy work for younger kids who are just learning their letters.
We just finished our first week of the Spring Collection and the results have been amazing. In 2023-2024, we had sort of just free styled it for my oldest daughter's kindergarten year using whatever book was available at Costco plus an overarching theme which was successful-ish. By the time January 2025 rolled around we had four children - ages 6, 4, 2, and a newborn. We were seriously over our heads and both my husband and I and our two oldest were burnt out and the 2 y/o was at the helm of a (frustrating but adorable) revolt. We were desperate. This program has been a lifesaver, our daughters love it, they are totally excited for school, we're excited because we have some direction and resources, and many of the behavior issues we were dealing with have resolved themselves instantaneously simply by having the daily rhythm - how brilliant a schedule that is flexible and forgiving yet structured enough to provide security and predictability. My oldest is telling everyone about her new cards that are hanging up to let us know what we're doing for the day. And Treehouse's idea for a chore loop is so brilliant, I can't tell you how much guilt you've removed from this tired mom's conscience. I can finally clean my house yet not feel bad if something isn't done that day because now I can just get to it when it is next on the loop.
As for the Four Seasons Collection - it's beautiful, we love the illustrations they are so pleasant, calming, and peaceful to look at. I love that it is quite flexible. I can pick and choose what order we do the weeks to fit our weather (Canada), family circumstances, and the resources available at the time. I'm able to include my toddler which has dulled the chaos, or at least paused it for a period each day, and my oldest two are getting adequate learning in. But best of all it is teaching me how to teach. I have no experience with young elementary students and this collection has really allowed me to teach at their level and removed a lot of frustration from both sides. The only side effect is my 4 y/o who loves all things pink, ballet, and will only wear dresses (because "they are her joy") also loves villains in every story. So this week she spent a considerable amount of time waving her arms around declaring loudly "I'm a weedy character" (thank you Ms. Maple's Seeds). We are so happy and love this collection and your advice and can't wait to use it for years to come.
I am thrilled with our purchase of an expectant Easter! It has given us a fun, truth filled curriculum to connect with and have fun. It’s engaging for my 5yo, 7yo and 9yo. I highly recommend!

My children love the hands-on connection activities — they are simple to do yet gives us special moments of connection. They enjoyed the stories everyday - it touched their hearts and really inspired them to show kindness even in the littlest way they can knowing that it makes a big difference in someone else’s life. The Scripture Memory moved us to reflect and search our hearts if our
actions toward one another displays the love according to the Bible and leads us back to the perfect love of God as our only power to be able to also love like Him. It’s also wonderful to learn how all the poems, scripture memory and picture study are all interconnected. We will surely be using this every year. Thank you!

I have now received all the holiday lessons. They are all exactly what I have been looking for. The kids love them and we all enjoy the activities.
I haven't taught this yet, but wow am I impressed! It is so thorough and hits all the bases in terms of being multi disciplinary. My kids are a little young for it this year, but I am already looking forward to teaching it in the future. Because of this study, I now have my eye on all your other holiday studies and look forward to adding them to our curriculum.
Currently turning this into a six week study by slowing things down and spending 2 weeks on each week.
I love these nature studies. I finally added spring to our collection! They are beautiful and wholesome. One of my favorite parts of the day.
I love everything about this unit study and how simple it is to use. We're using this the month of April as a change of pace from our normal studies and a chance to slow down, refocus and regroup as a family and prepare our hearts for Easter! We always enjoy Treehouse Schoolhouse studies and their whole person approach to learning...that is why we homeschool after all; learning comes in so many different forms and this study reflects that wonderfully with the variety of activities and enrichment options.
We requested the free download for the first week and we loved it. We love the clarity and simplicity of the layout and instructions. We will be purchasing for us to do as a family.

I purchased this for my 7 year old son who learned cursive before print. It is a great supplement to help reinforce capitals and lower case letter matching, and I will be using it as his exclusive writing practice in a month when I have baby number five. Very happy with the format and beauty of the resource. It is not 100% phonetic, so I will be less likely to use it with my younger children still learning to read, but it is a great resource for readers needing extra writing practice!
